This is a 5,000 square foot two-story building – zoned for both light commercial and residential use on San Vicente Boulevard between Melrose and Beverly. Large parking lot immediately to the south can be arranged.
Finishes are all high end and the art is museum quality. Light comes from 360 degrees of windows. Frank Lloyd Wright-inspired live/work space was constructed during the 1960s by Michael Morrison. The home was featured in the LA Times and on Homes Across America on HGTV.
